Man Arrested on Misdemeanor Warrant at Community Action Partnership

Ridgecrest Police officers initiated activity at the Community Action Partnership on N Norma Street on April 14. William Butcher, a 37-year-old man, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.
