Woman Cited for Narcotic Possession at Town & Country Mobile Home Park

On April 14, 2026, at approximately 12:20 AM, Ridgecrest Police initiated activity at the Town & Country Mobile Home Park on N Norma Street. Officers arrested Ann Kummer, a 42-year-old woman, for possession of a narcotic controlled substance. She was cited and released on a misdemeanor charge.
