Meghan to appear as guest judge on MasterChef Australia

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, recently filmed an appearance as a guest judge for the upcoming season of the popular Australian television show, MasterChef Australia. This engagement took place in Melbourne on Wednesday and is part of a four-day tour of Australia with Prince Harry. The couple, no longer working royals, are visiting in a private capacity, marking their first time in Australia since 2018. The episode featuring Meghan is set to air on April 19.

During their visit, both Meghan and Prince Harry have undertaken various engagements. Meghan also visited a women's refuge in Melbourne, serving frittata to attendees. Prince Harry joined an Australian Rules football team for a lesson and visited the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. He is also scheduled to deliver a keynote speech at the InterEdge Psychosocial Safety Summit in Melbourne later this week.

The tour combines visits to charitable causes with money-making events. Meghan's appearance on MasterChef Australia follows her own lifestyle and cookery show, "With Love, Meghan." There are also suggestions that Australia is being considered as a market for Meghan's "As Ever" lifestyle brand, which has registered trademarks in 12 different product categories in the country.
