Three Arrests After Attempted Arson at Persian Media Offices in London

London authorities reported that an ignited container was thrown at the building around 8:30 PM BST on Wednesday. The container landed in a car park, where the fire quickly extinguished itself. Following the incident, a black SUV was seen leaving the scene and was later pursued by police. The pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed on Ballards Lane, leading to the arrests.
The two men and the boy remain in police custody. While the incident is not being treated as terrorism, detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing London are leading the investigation, supported by local officers. Nearby buildings were briefly evacuated as a precaution but were quickly reopened after police confirmed there was no wider risk to the public.
