Victim of Secret Home Filming Speaks Out on Voyeurism's Impact

Lucy Domaille discovered she was a victim of voyeurism after police informed her that a man she knew socially had secretly filmed her through a gap in her curtains. This incident, along with the discovery of multiple other victims and charges against Kirk Bishop, has profoundly affected her and her family. Bishop's crimes, which occurred between 2022 and 2025, included trespass with intent to commit a sexual offense, assault, voyeurism, and burglary with intent, with some cases involving breaking into homes to record victims. Domaille expressed deep dissatisfaction with aspects of the police investigation and the justice system, citing advice to "make sure your curtains are closed properly" and the circulation of a still image from her video among police staff for identification. She stated that the emotional trauma has left her a different person and has changed how she interacts with her young children at home, constantly ensuring their privacy. Guernsey Police acknowledged the complexity of the investigation and sympathized with Domaille, stating they have met with her to address her feedback.
