Watch: Principal Tackles Gunman at Oklahoma High School

CCTV footage captured the dramatic moment Principal Kirk Moore confronted and tackled Victor Hawkins, a former student who entered Pauls Valley High School and discharged a firearm on April 7. The footage shows Moore quickly moving towards Hawkins, bringing him to the ground, before another staff member intervened to disarm the suspect.Principal Moore sustained a gunshot wound to the leg during the confrontation but has since been discharged from the hospital. Hawkins was apprehended at the scene and is now facing charges that include two counts of pointing a firearm, one count of shooting with intent to kill, and two counts of unlawful carrying.
